Policy of Subprocessor Management

Each subprocessor receives the data it needs to provide its service to us. Under the terms we use them on, OpenAI and Anthropic do not use the data we send through their APIs to train their models, and every request we send to Deepgram has its model-improvement opt-out set. We never sell your data or share it for behavioral advertising. We notify active customers at least 30 days in advance of any material changes to this directory.
